BNDS (Identif.): AE-……-B In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call, for the financial year 2026, subsidies to promote and facilitate the labor insertion of people with disabilities in the Valencian Community, through aid to special employment centers (hereinafter, CEE). Second. Beneficiaries The beneficiary entities are the special employment centers registered in the CEE registry of the Valencian Community, which carry out their activity in the Valencian Community and comply with the requirements established in the resolution of bases and in the applicable regulations. Third. Regulatory Bases The Regulatory Bases are incorporated in the Resolution of April 17, 2026, of the First Vice Presidency and Department of Housing, Employment, Youth and Equality, Universities and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies aimed at promoting the employment of people with disabilities in special employment centers (CEE) (DOGV no. 10344 of 04/17/2026). Room. Amount For the year 2026, the amounts of aid corresponding to the eligible actions are: 1. Salary cost subsidy: In the case of disabled workers who have greater difficulties in accessing the labor market, as provided for in article 5.c) of Royal Decree 818/2021, of September 28, which regulates the common activation programs for employment of the National Employment System, the amount of the subsidy for each worker will be equivalent to 55% of the current Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI) (60% if they are a woman or over 45 years of age) when they have a permanent contract, and 50% when they have a temporary contract with the minimum duration of 3 months established in the regulatory bases. In the case of workers with physical or sensory disabilities with a recognized degree of less than 65%, the amount of the subsidy for each worker will be equivalent to 50% of the current SMI when they have a permanent contract, and 40% when they have a temporary contract with the minimum duration of 3 months established in the regulatory bases. For the calculation of the module, all these conditions existing on May 1, 2026, or the hiring date of the worker, if later, will be taken into account. 2. Fifth. Application submission deadline The application submission deadlines for the 2026 financial year are as follows: a. Applications for subsidies for the 2026 salary costs corresponding to jobs held by people with disabilities and for subsidies to finance the costs of audits to justify salary expenses will be submitted within 10 days following the publication of this resolution in the DOGV, from 9:00 a.m. on the first day to 11:59 p.m. on the last day. b. Subsidies for adapting jobs can be requested in two different deadlines: 1st. In general, in the 10 days following the publication of this resolution in the DOGV, from 9:00 a.m. on the first day to 11:59 p.m. on the last day. 2nd. In the case of a new contract, worsening of the disability or change of location of the workplace, the term will govern.
