Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the IMPEFE website (https://www.impefe.es) First. Beneficiaries Those self-employed workers with tax domicile in Ciudad Real who are in a situation of economic vulnerability derived from a long-term Temporary Disability may be beneficiaries of the subsidies that are regulated in the call “PLAN CONTINUES: Shield for the Self-Employed of Ciudad Real” 2026. For the purposes of this call, long duration will be understood as the medical leave process, duly validated by the INSS or Mutua Collaboradora, whose effective duration equals or exceeds two consecutive calendar months. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in the granting of financial aid, under a competitive competition regime based on temporary criteria, intended to defray the cost of the contributions of the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers (RETA) during the first sixty (60) days of the situation of Temporary Disability (IT). This subsidy will be governed in addition to the provisions of this resolution, by the current execution bases in each general budget of IMPEFE; Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; Royal Decree 887/2006 of July 21, which approves its Regulations, and Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Third. Regulatory Bases The Regulatory Text of the General Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Ciudad Real City Council and its autonomous bodies was approved on January 31, 2025, by the Plenary Session of the Corporation, with the final approval of the aforementioned bases having been published in the B.O.P., and the Call for Subsidies must be published through the National Subsidies Database. Room. Amount The maximum amount of the subsidy per beneficiary will be 1,200 euros in total. Limits per beneficiary: • If the sum of the installments for the months of sick leave does not reach 1,200 euros, the real justified amount will be subsidized. • If the sum exceeds 1,200 euros, the subsidy will be limited to the maximum amount of 1,200 euros. Fifth. Formalization of applications and deadline Applications will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the forms included in the IMPEFE electronic headquarters (https://sedescr.dipucr.es/impefe/), (according to the model attached to these Rules (Annex I), and it is mandatory to include an email address that facilitates communication with IMPEFE. The deadline for submitting applications will be open from the day following the date of publication of these Rules in the BOP, until 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2026.
