Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. Beneficiaries Self-employed workers and SMEs that carry out investment projects aimed at launching a new eligible activity in the territory of the Community of Castilla y León, belonging to the economic sectors indicated in this call, may have the status of beneficiary company. Second. Objective Facilitate the financing of business projects, within the territorial scope of Castilla y León, in order to promote the creation of companies, as well as the creation of employed jobs and/or self-employment linked to them. Third. Regulatory bases ORDER EYH/201/2025, of March 3, which approves the regulatory bases of subsidies intended to finance business creation projects within the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla y León (BOCYL no. 48 of March 11, 2025) Fourth. Amount The total amount of the call is 6,600,000 euros. This amount may be increased up to 10,000,000 euros, in accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on Subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León. The amount of the subsidy will be a fixed percentage of 35% of the eligible cost, and an additional percentage of 5% and/or 10% may be applied, in application of the quantification criteria. In eligible projects, located in the localities included in the action program for the recovery of areas affected by forest fires in the summer of 2025, a fixed percentage of 75% of the eligible cost will be applied. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” and will end on December 31, 2026. Sixth. Other information Advance payments of up to 50% are foreseen after establishing guarantees.
