Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call, for the year 2026, aid to promote and facilitate the socio-labor integration of people exposed to factors of vulnerability and/or social exclusion within insertion companies, through aid to entities promoting insertion companies, and in ordinary companies that hire personnel from an insertion company, whose activity in both cases is carried out in the Valencian Community. Second. Beneficiaries The entities benefiting from the aid are: 1. The companies promoting insertion companies, in accordance with the definition established in article 3 of Law 1/2007, of February 5, in relation to article 6 of Law 44/2007, of December 13, that hire technical socio-labor support personnel, for the subsidies regulated in section 2 of the second regulatory base. 2. Ordinary companies that carry out their activity in the Valencian Community and hire personnel who have completed their insertion itinerary in an insertion company, for the subsidies regulated in section 3 of the second regulatory base.
