Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Private companies, regardless of their size, whose work center where the activity is carried out is located in the Region of Murcia. Second. Purpose: To call for aid, on a non-competitive basis, to facilitate the hiring of people in situations of social vulnerability to offer them the opportunity to acquire a valid experience of insertion into the labor market, which allows them, with the necessary personalized support, to improve their personal, social and work skills and increase their possibilities of accessing a job. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of September 18, 2017, of the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities, establishing the rules governing aid for Socio-Labor Integration Programs (BORM no. 221 of September 23, 2017), correction of errors published in BORM no. 227 of September 30, 2017. Fourth. Budget credit and amount. This aid will be made effective from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the year 2025, extended to the year 2026 by virtue of Order 26 of December 2025 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance, European Funds and Digital Transformation, for a total amount of 250,000 euros, expenditure project 52445, of item budget 51.04.00.314C.471.99. The amount of aid will amount to €12,000 for full-time 12-month contracts, increasing to €13,200 when the person to be hired is a woman. When contracts are concluded for a shorter period and/or part-time, the amounts will be reduced proportionally. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period begins on the day following the publication of the extract of the Call Resolution in the BORM and ends on October 31, 2026. Applications will be submitted through the CARM electronic headquarters https://sede.carm.es, using the standardized models of “Initiation application submission form” for procedure number 0764 available in the CARM procedures and services guide, which must be signed electronically by the company representative, after completion. Sixth. Recipients of aid. The following people in a situation or risk of social exclusion may be recipients of employment contracts through this aid: a) Holders and beneficiaries of the Basic Income for Integration and Periodic Assistance for Integration and Social Protection or similar benefits, who are of working age and are carrying out an individualized socio-labor insertion project/itinerary. b) People who have completed or are carrying out a socio-labor insertion project/itinerary/Active Inclusion Itinerary in programs developed by the local administration or by Social Initiative Entities. c) People who, having been hired through socio-labor integration programs previously, had not achieved the objectives set out in their individualized insertion project/itinerary, provided that their renewal is assessed as appropriate by the competent Service of the General Directorate of Pensions, Assessment and Inclusion Programs of the IMAS. Seventh. Other information: The contract must have a minimum duration of 6 months and a maximum of 12, except in cases of replacement due to incidents. In the event of renewal of the person in the same contracting entity, if the previous contract is less than 6 months, the grant may be made for the time remaining to complete the 12 months and aid may not be granted if the previous contract is longer than 6 months. The working day of the contract must reach at least 50% of the working day provided for in the collective agreement that applies to it. In the case of applying for more than one position, the second and subsequent ones to be granted must cover at least 75% of the working day. Who proposes the candidates?
