Beneficiaries. Any UAH professor who is the promoter/proposer of a request for the creation of an EBT and who meets the conditions established in the UAH EBT Regulations (modified in the ordinary session of the Governing Council on June 22, 2017) may participate. Second. Object. This initiative complements the Ideas Contest for the Creation of Technology-Based Companies (EBT), which is convened annually by the Vice-Rector's Office for Research and Transfer. The main objective of the call is to promote the transfer of technologies and knowledge generated at the University of Alcalá (UAH) through EBTs. Third. Regulatory bases. Amount. Two types of aid are established, depending on the phase in which the processing of the creation of the EBT is: Phase 1: Aid for the preparation of a proposal to create the EBT in accordance with the regulations in force. For an amount of up to 1,000 euros, which will be used to cover the expenses incurred in the preparation of the proposal for the creation of the EBT until it is approved by the Social Council of the UAH. The period for submitting applications will be open from the day following the publication of this call and until September 30, 2026. The application and the presentation of the required documentation will be presented in the Central Registry or in the peripheral Registries of the University of Alcalá, or by any of the means contemplated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations directed to the UAH OTC. It will be indicated in the subject: "Call 2026 EBT creation aid. Sixth. Other information. Only one aid may be granted per request and EBT promoter. Seventh. Resolution The Research Commission, in view of the documentation presented, will issue a resolution granting the aid, which will be submitted to the Governing Council for ratification.
