FIRST.- BENEFICIARY PEOPLE Businesses, companies, industries and professionals from Sueca will be eligible for these subsidies, as long as they are up to date with their tax and fiscal obligations with this City Council and with social security. SECOND.- PURPOSE The purpose of these bases is to regulate the granting of financial subsidies for commercial activity in Valencian in the municipality of Sueca. The eligible activities or actions will be the following: signage, printed material, advertising, administrative documentation, newly created website and the edition of guides and catalogues. The subsidized activities must have been carried out during the year of the call. Only one aid may be granted per beneficiary person or entity and year. The text included in the registrations will be exclusively in Valencian and must be written correctly. In the case of labeling, legends in which the inscriptions are identical in Spanish are not allowed, nor can they be limited to the commercial name and address. FOURTH.- AMOUNT In the case of signage and web pages, the amount of the subsidy may be up to 50% of the cost of the activity carried out up to a maximum limit of €700. For the rest of the eligible activities, the amount of the subsidy may be up to 33% of the cost of the activity carried out up to a maximum limit of €500. The maximum amount per beneficiary person or entity is €700. Any beneficiary person or entity that does not meet any of the above criteria may submit an application although the aid will be granted according to the score obtained (and, in the event of a tie, according to the order in which the complete justification is presented), until the amount allocated (€4,100) in the corresponding budget item (3343.48900) is exhausted. Subsidy applications will be submitted electronically, through the electronic headquarters of the Sueca City Council, with a standardized model attached to this call as Annex Y together with the responsible declaration (Annex II).
