BDNS: XXXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index), in the Catalog of Procedures and Services of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía https://juntadeandalucia.es/servicios/procedimientos/detalle/189419), on the website of the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/cultura/web/AAIICC/ and in this BOJA. First.- The granting of subsidies corresponding to line 3: Subsidies to encourage participation in contemporary art fairs held outside Andalusia is called within the scope of the Ministry of Culture and Sports (Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions) for the year 2026, on a competitive basis. These subsidies will be made effective from the credits of chapter IV of the budget of the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions, being allocated to budget item 1951010000/G/45E/47004/00 01 with a provision of 60,000.00 euros and cash effectiveness in the current annuity for 30,000.00 euros and in the future annuity. 2027 for another 30,000.00 euros, its grant being limited by budgetary availability. Second. Beneficiaries: The persons or entities determined in section 4.a).1º may achieve the status of beneficiary of the subsidies, in the convened line, provided that they meet the requirements established in section 4.a).2º, both of their respective summary table of the regulatory bases. Third. Object. The object of this call is the promotion of contemporary art through the participation of professionals and private companies in the visual arts sector in contemporary art fairs held outside Andalusia, both national and international. Room. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the Order of July 7, 2020 (Boja number 132, of July 10), which establishes the regulatory bases for granting subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the organization of contemporary art fairs in Andalusia, and for participation in contemporary art fairs held in Andalusia or at a national or international level, and will be subject to correction of errors by the Order of March 11, 2024. (Box number 56, March 20, 2024) Fifth. Amount. The amount corresponding to the line called is the one included in the First section of this extract. The maximum percentage of the subsidy per beneficiary person or entity will be 60% of the accepted budget, with a maximum amount of 25,000.00 euros. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days, its calculation beginning on the first business day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of the extract provided for in art. 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Seventh.
