PROPOSAL FROM THE DELEGATE COUNCILMAN FOR RESOLUTION BY DECREE OF THE MAYOR-PRESIDENT. In accordance with the Decree of the mayor-president number 1178, of June 30, 2023, by which the mayor-president makes a delegation in favor of the councilors, the councilor delegate, proposes to the mayor-president the adoption of the following resolution: AREA: IDENTITY SERVICE: Culture and Sports SERVICE UNIT: Sports Exp.: 2026/2348 Subject: Approval of a call for subsidies to carry out sports activities during the year 2026. The Identity Area of the City Council of Llodio plans, among its objectives, to support those associations or entities whose primary purpose is the development of sports activities, both at a recreational level, as well as at a grassroots or competitive level. This aid is intended to encourage and enhance the development of sports activities promoted by the municipality's sports agents, collaborating with them within the limitations derived from the budgetary allocations contained in the municipal budgets for this purpose. (RC 2026.2-2091) By virtue of the powers granted by article 21 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, of the Bases of Local Regime, this mayor-president, RESOLVES: FIRST: To advocate in the Mayor-Presidency the resolution of this file. This agreement is motivated by the urgency of the processing and subsequent granting of the subsidies contained in this Call. SECOND. Approve the Call for Subsidies to carry out sports activities during the year 2026 through competitive competition. THIRD. Approve the expenditure of 80,500.00 euros allocated for said call. The total count of all subsidies granted through this call (year 2026) may never exceed the amount of 80,500.00 euros provided for in the current municipal budget. This amount will be distributed into the following lots: Lot 1: subsidies to sports associations and clubs that practice sport in a federated manner; Those clubs with which an annual nominative subsidy is processed (56,982.50 euros) are excluded from this lot. Lot 2: subsidies for school sports in schools (4,542.50 euros). Lot 3: subsidies to sports associations and clubs that work with individuals with functional diversity (1,150.00 euros). Lot 4: subsidies for the organization of specific sports activities in Llodio (4,542.50 euros). Lot 5: subsidies to sports associations and clubs that participate in promotion or qualifying phases, or tournaments outside Llodio (more than 40 kilometers from Llodio); The amount to be received per club and year may never exceed 5,400.00 euros (10,263.75 euros). Lot 6: travel scholarships for athletes; The amount to be received may never exceed 1,300.00 euros per athlete or the amount resulting from dividing that amount by the number of athletes who play in the same club (3,018.75 euros). ROOM. The expense of this call will be charged to item 0401 3411 48100 “Sports activities subsidies” of the extended budget of the Llodio City Council for the year 2026. FIFTH. Applications must be submitted within twenty business days from the day following the publication of this call in the BOTHA, in a standard application form through the electronic headquarters in the case of legal entities and through the electronic headquarters or in the Citizen Service of the City Council in the case of natural persons, or in the forms specified in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
