Ayudas mediante actividades para formación profesional y adquisición de competencias (7201_01), en el sector agrario, agroalimentario, forestal y el medio rural (pepac) 2023-2027, anualidades 2026 a 2028

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The entities referred to in article 3 of the Order of December 5, 2024, (BORM No. 288 of December 13, 2024) of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, which meet the established requirements, will be able to access this aid. Second. Object. By this Order, aid intended for the exchange of knowledge and information activities, through activities for professional training and acquisition of skills (7201_01), in the agricultural, agri-food, forestry and rural areas is called for the annuities 2026, 2027 and 2028 under a competitive competition regime. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of December 5, 2024 of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, which establishes the regulatory bases of the help line corresponding to the exchange of knowledge and information activities, through activities for professional training and acquisition of skills (7201_01), in the agricultural, agri-food, forestry and rural areas, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023-2027, in the Region of Murcia, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia No. 288, of December 13, 2024, and its modification by Order of April 16, 2026 (BORM No. 92, of April 23, 2026). Room. Financing and budget. The financing of this aid corresponds 60% to the European Union, through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), 12% to the General Administration of the State, through the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), and 28% to the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (CARM), through the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. The aid will be granted under budget item 17.05.00.542A.480.29 "Other rural actions, agricultural training and fishing", investment project 53653 "Training and information activities for the agri-food and forestry sector for agricultural entities" of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the years 2027 and 2028, for a total amount of €1,320,000.00. 1. A maximum limit of right to aid is established for a beneficiary of 30% of the aid called. 2. The maximum amount of aid will be 100% of the duly justified expenses incurred by the training provider for the activities that make up the training programs presented, in accordance with the limits of the amounts of expenses and concepts to be subsidized provided for in Annex I of the Regulatory Bases. Fifth. Deadline for submitting aid applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this Order in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. 2. Requests will be made through access to the CARM electronic headquarters (https://sede.carm.es), procedure 235, in accordance with article 14.3 of Law 39/2015, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Sixth. Eligible periods and deadline for submitting payment requests. 1. The following eligible periods for the expenses of the actions subject to the subsidy and the deadlines per year for the presentation of payment requests are established: a. Year 2027: i. For training actions started from August 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027, the payment request will have to be submitted from March 15 to March 30, 2027. b. Year 2028: i. For training actions started from March 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, the payment request will have to be submitted from February 1 to 15, 2028. ii. For training actions started from January 1, 2028 to July 31, 2028, the payment request will have to be submitted from September 15 to 30, 2028. 2. To collect the aid granted, the beneficiary entity will present a payment request for each of the eligible periods for which the aid was granted. Payment requests will be submitted once the actions have been carried out, in accordance with the Grant Order. 3. The payment request and other documents will be available at the CARM electronic headquarters (https://sede.carm.es), for online processing, in accordance with art.
