Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: To be eligible for the aid mentioned in the first base, the applicant (parent or legal guardian) would have to meet the following requirements: Be registered in the municipality of Sant Martí Vell (at least, the child and one of his or her parents or legal guardians). In the event that the parent of the minor is separated, prior accreditation, only one of the parents will be required to be registered in the municipality. The child must be enrolled in one of the summer camps. Submit the application within the deadline established in the call through the official model available on the City Council website or in the City Council's Citizen Services Office, attaching the specific documents in point 6 of the bases. Not have any tax or other debt with the Sant Martí Vell City Council. Not be found in any of the Cases that prevent being considered a beneficiary, in accordance with what is established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies, Second. Purpose: The purpose of these bases is the regulation of the granting of aid by the Sant Martí Vell City Council for the participation of the municipality's children in summer activities during the school vacation months of summer 2026. Third. Regulatory bases: Exp. Amount: The maximum amount of the call is €2,625 entered in the budget application 3260 48000 “Subvencions casal estiu nens” of the 2026 budget. This amount will be distributed among applicants who meet the requirements established in the call, and up to a maximum of: 50% of the registration fee for the casal, with a maximum amount of 150 euros. 95% of the tuition fee for the school for vulnerable families following a report from the “Social Welfare Consortium”. 50% of the total amount of the cost for the assistance of disabled minors during the summer period in specialized centers. These amounts can in no case exceed the registration fee. If the amount provided for in the corresponding budget application is exceeded, the amount awarded will be proportionally prorated. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications for aid will begin the day following the date of publication of the call and will end after 15 business days.
