In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio Primero. Regulatory bases and call The call and the bases that regulate it are approved jointly by the Resolution of the Department of Social Services, Family and Childhood, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the execution of education for development actions, and proceeds to its call for the year 2026. Second. Beneficiary entities 1. The following may be beneficiaries of subsidies in action modality A (education for development projects): a) Non-governmental organizations for development (NGDO) and United Nations agencies and their national committees or organizations that represent them in Spain, provided that they meet the requirements established in the fifth base. b) The universities that make up the Valencian University System (SUV) and their own or affiliated research centers, provided that they meet the requirements established in the fifth base and that they participate in a group with one of the organizations referred to in the previous paragraph. 2. NGDOs and United Nations agencies and their national committees or organizations that represent them in Spain may be beneficiaries of a subsidy in action modality B (specific development education interventions), provided that they meet the requirements established in the fifth base. Third. Purpose To call for subsidies on a competitive basis and charged to the appropriations of the budget for 2025 of the Generalitat, extended to 2026, for the financing of current expenses, of education for development actions promoted by non-governmental organizations for development (NGDO), the United Nations agencies and their national committees or organizations that represent them in Spain, and the universities that make up the Valencian University System (SUV). Room. Eligible actions 1. Modality A. Development education projects, consisting of an organized and coherent set of educational activities and processes, which can be articulated through one or several educational areas (formal, non-formal and informal) linked together from a community education approach. The actions concurrent with this modality must refer to at least two of the five areas described in the third base of the regulatory bases. The project will articulate the necessary resources to obtain a significant impact in educational terms on the people and groups it targets. The actions that participate in this modality must have a minimum duration of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months. 2. Modality B. Specific development education interventions, consisting of activities that seek an immediate impact in terms of raising awareness of specific groups. The actions concurrent with this modality must refer to at least one of the five areas described in the third base of the regulatory bases. They will have a minimum duration of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months. Fifth. Financing of aid 1. This call for subsidies will be financed from line S0271, Subv. to ONGD of education and awareness in values" of the credits of the Budget of the Generalitat for 2025, extended to 2026 as provided for in Decree 204/2025, of December 26, of the Consell, which establishes the criteria for applying the automatic extension of the budgets of the Generalitat for 2025, until the entry into force of the budgets for 2026. 2. Likewise, this call establishes a maximum additional amount of 1,000,000 euros, the application of which to the granting of the subsidies regulated therein will not require a new call. The effectiveness of the maximum additional amount is conditional on the declaration of credit availability and, where appropriate, prior approval of the budget modification coming at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy.
