Official description of the call
First.- Applicants The Teaching and Research Staff of the University of La Laguna with official or employment ties may apply for these aid, in those specific contracting modalities of the university field regulated in the Organic Law of the University System and in contractual modalities in accordance with the Law of Science, Technology and Innovation. This link must be maintained from the moment of the request until the presentation of the project justification. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for granting aid, under a system of competitive competition and objectivity, intended to finance, in whole or in part, the carrying out of workshops to identify university development cooperation projects. The objective of these workshops is to identify alternatives that, in the future, can constitute development cooperation projects promoted by the Vice-Rectorate of Internationalization and Cooperation of the University of La Laguna and that can subsequently be presented to other competitive, regional, national and international calls. Identification workshops must consist of, at a minimum, the following tasks: - Participation analysis. - Problem analysis. - Analysis of objectives. - Analysis of alternatives. Third.- Regulatory bases. Resolution 67/2026, of the Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Cooperation, which calls for aid to carry out workshops to identify university development cooperation projects for the year 2026. Fourth.- Amount. 1. The aid covered by this call is intended to finance, in whole or in part, the expenses related to the organization of workshops to identify university development cooperation projects. This includes the expenses of: Travel, stay, per diem and travel insurance of the members of the requesting team to the country where the identification takes place. Organization of workshops at destination (rental of spaces, consumables, supplies, etc.). Indirect costs (maximum 10% of the requested budget). Other expenses that are directly related to the subsidized activity, that are necessary for its execution and that cannot be classified in the previous headings. In case of doubt in this regard, the Vice-Rector's Office will decide on said eligibility. Donations or payments to entities that do not participate in the project or that are not considered as beneficiaries of the project will be considered ineligible expenses. All of this is charged to application 180415AA 422AY 48902, provided with own funds for a maximum amount of 30,000 euros. 2. Aid will be granted for a maximum amount of €5,000 each, until the budgetary credit allocated in this call is exhausted. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. Sixth.- Other data. Applications will be submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of the University of La Laguna at the web address https://sede.ull.es/ecivilis-site/catalog/showProcedure/577, attaching the documents required in the call.
