These aids will be granted to companies dedicated to primary agricultural production described in number 1, with the exception of: a. Aid whose amount is set on the basis of the price or quantity of the products marketed. b. Aid for activities related to exports to third countries or Member States, specifically, aid directly linked to the quantities exported, the establishment and operation of a distribution network or other current expenses related to the export activity. c.
