BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias Primero. Participants Privately owned entities, whether social or commercial initiatives, may participate in the corresponding calls, as well as individuals who manage residential centers for the elderly located in the Valencian Community, duly registered in the General Registry of Owners of Activities, Services and Social Services Centers, and who are part of the Valencian Public System of Social Services. Second. Purpose To call for the good practices award in residential centers for the elderly for the year 2026. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of May 25, 2026, of the Department of Social Services, Family and Children, establishes the regulatory bases for good practice awards in residential centers for the elderly (DOGV). Room. Financing The subsidy contained in this call will be granted from the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2026, resulting from the extension of the budgets for the year 2025, regulated by Decree 204/2025, of December 26, of the Consell, which establishes the criteria for applying the automatic extension of the budgets of the Generalitat for 2025, until entry into validity of the budgets for 2026 (DOGV No. 10272 – 12/31/2025), section G0116, service 03, management center 01 and budget subprogram 313.F00 “Older people”, chapter IV, in the budget line and for the amounts detailed below: Subsidy line S0332 Denomination: Good awards practices Senior Centers Budget allocation: €6,000 Source of funds: own unconditional: €6,000 Fifth. Amount 1. Three prizes will be awarded, which will consist of the receipt of the following financial award: - 1st prize: €2,000 - 2nd prize: €1,500 - 3rd prize: €1,000 2. Three special mentions may be awarded with a maximum of €500 each if the quality of the works presented and not awarded merit it, at the discretion of the jury. If no special mention is awarded, the prizes will be increased by €500. If any of the 3 special mentions are awarded, the remaining credit will be prorated among the three winners. 3. The amount of the prizes will be subject, where applicable, to the applicable taxation according to the nature of the beneficiary and will be paid by bank transfer in a single payment. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
