First. Call. The following subsidy line is called, for the year 2026, in the non-competitive concession modality in the scope of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, in the maximum total amount and charged to the budgetary credits indicated below: SUBSIDIABLE LINE BUDGETARY ITEM Financing code ANNUITY 2026 (euros) ANNUITY 2027 (euros) Vocational Training for Employment training programs that include hiring commitments aimed at unemployed workers. 1400180000G/32D/47301/00 S0044 €1,200,000.00 €800,000.00 Second. Legal regime. This call will be governed by the Order of February 24, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of regulated public subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, for the development of Vocational Training for Employment training programs that include hiring commitments aimed at unemployed workers, as well as by those other regulations that are indicated in section 3 of its summary table, and the rest of the provisions of general and particular application. On June 25, 2024, the Order of June 17, 2024, which modifies the aforementioned Order of February 24, 2023, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía number 122. Third. Requesting entities. 1. The following entities may participate in this call and become beneficiary entities of this subsidy: a) Companies, whether natural or legal person, that acquire the commitment to hire unemployed workers trained within the framework of the subsidized activity and develop their commitment in Andalusia, understood as when they have registered or plan to register a Social Security contribution account code in an Andalusian province, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.a).1st of the summary table of the regulatory bases. b) The training entities included in section 4.a).1º.3 of the summary table of the regulatory bases, which acquire the contracting commitment for themselves or by signing agreements or conventions with the corresponding companies that are going to carry out said contracting, the minimum content of which will comply with what is established in Annex IV that accompanies this call, with the jobs being located, in any case, within the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. This type of entity may not subcontract the execution of the subsidized training program to third parties. In any case, it will be the beneficiary training entity that will assume responsibility for the execution of the subsidized training program and for compliance with the contracting commitment. 2. In no case may those that are included in section 4.a), 1st points 2, 4 and 6 of the summary table of the regulatory bases, nor those in which any of the circumstances provided for in section 4.c) of the summary table of the regulatory bases occur, participate or obtain the status of beneficiary entity.
