Article 1. Regulatory bases and official journal in which they are published. General Subsidies Ordinance, approved by agreement of the Municipal Plenary Session, in a session dated January 28, 2020, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia No. 77 of April 26, 2021. Article 2. Annual budget allocation. 1.-The aid concessions will have as an initial limit the global amount of 55,748.00 euros, existing in the following item of the 2026 Budget: ORG PROG ECON NAME ITEM 400 32602 4820001 AID SCHOOL MATERIALS PRI, SEC, BACHILL AND FORM. 2.- The City Council may authorize an additional amount, the application of which to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call. The use of the aforementioned additional amount is conditioned, prior to the resolution of the concession, to the approval, if applicable, of the appropriate budget modification and to the incorporation into the file of the certificate of existence of sufficient credit. Before the granting resolution, the availability of the additional credit will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, through the National Subsidies Database, without prejudice to its publication on the notice board and on the City Council's website, without such publicity implying the opening of a new period for submitting applications, nor the beginning of a new period for resolution. Article 3. Object and purpose of the aid 1.- The purpose of these rules is to regulate the procedure under a competitive competition regime, for the granting of aid for the acquisition of school supplies and complementary teaching materials, in the stages of Primary Education, Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training, in the 2026/2027 academic year for those students who are registered in Picassent, whether or not they study in the town. 2.-Given that it is also intended that these aids have an impact on local commerce, the purchase of subsidized material must be made in commercial establishments located in the municipality of Picassent where products linked to the expenses generated by the purchase of complementary school and teaching materials can be purchased. 3.- The aid granted will be in the nature of a subsidy. Article 4. Individual amount of financial aid and compatibility. 1.-The individual amount of aid will be a maximum of 50 euros for each student. This communication must be made as soon as it is known and, in any case, at the time of the grant application. Article 5. Requirements that beneficiaries must meet. 1.- The following persons may be beneficiaries of this aid: the students of legal age, or the mothers - fathers, representatives or legal guardians of the same, and the mothers and fathers, representatives or legal guardians of the minor students of the stages of Primary Education, Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training, who are registered in the municipality of Picassent, on the date of publication of the call, enrolled in educational centers supported by public funds, or in Special Education Centers in the 2026/2027 school year, whether or not they study locally. 2.- The acquisition of the status of beneficiary of this aid also requires compliance with the following general requirements: 2.1.- Not being involved in any
