BDNS: XXXXX In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias and on the institutional website of the Community of Madrid (https://www.comunidad.madrid). First Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons, provided they have one or more employed workers, have economic activity in the Community of Madrid and carry out the expenses or activities subject to the subsidy in work centers located within the territory of the Autonomous Community. In the case of self-employed workers, they may be beneficiaries of these subsidies whether or not they are employed by employed persons. Second Object The objective of line 1 is to promote the implementation of investment projects in facilities, resources and equipment that improve the health and safety conditions of workplaces. Third Regulatory Bases Order of May 23, 2023, of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, published in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID of June 5, 2023 (No. 132). Fourth Amount and financing of aid The maximum planned budget for the total eligible expenses defined in the call for line 1 amounts to €1,070,000.00. The aid will be implemented in the form of subsidies according to the following sections: a) The section of the total accredited expenses, from 1,000.00 to 10,000.00 euros: Subsidy of 100% of them. (Consequently, the range from 0 to 999.99 euros is not eligible). b) The section of the total accredited expenses greater than 10,000.00 euros: Subsidy of 60 percent of them. The following maximum amounts are established: o The total maximum to be granted will be 20,000.00 euros per line. o The maximum amount to be granted, adding the amounts granted in all the lines in which aid is requested, will be 30,000.00 euros per company and call. Advance payment to beneficiaries of the granted subsidy is not permitted. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications It will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid and will end on September 30, 2026. Sixth Eligible Expenses. 1. The acquisition of new machinery, replacing old ones, which, although it complies with current legislation, presents lower levels and safety features than the one acquired and the scrapping of the replaced machinery, except for machines that are included in other eligible expenses. For this purpose, machine is understood to be the definition contained in article 2.2 of Royal Decree 1644/2008, of October 10, with the exclusions established in article 1.3 of the aforementioned Royal Decree. 2. The acquisition of motorized work equipment for lifting and/or transporting loads and/or the acquisition of motorized work equipment for carrying out work at height by workers. The following will not be eligible for subsidies: a. Used equipment whose declaration of conformity does not specifically include Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 17, 2006, relating to machines and amending Directive 95/16/EC. b. The acquisition of construction machinery for lifting and transporting earth. c. The acquisition of elevators and vehicle lifting equipment or similar. d. The acquisition of vehicles intended for the transportation of people and goods. 3. The design, installation and/or repair and verification of fixed lifelines, through the acquisition and permanent installation of anchoring devices: flexible horizontal (UNE EN 795C standard), rigid horizontal (UNE EN 795D standard) and/or sliding anti-fall devices on vertical anchor lines (UNE EN 353-1 standard), in order to protect working personnel against falls from a height while transiting on decks or due to access to the same ones. Verification expenses not linked to installation and repair operations will not be eligible for subsidies. 4. The design, installation and/or total or partial modification of both localized extraction systems and forced ventilation systems that control or reduce the risk of exposure to chemical contaminants in workplaces with former workers.
