BDNS: XXXXX In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias and on the institutional website of the Community of Madrid (https://www.comunidad.madrid). First Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons, provided they have one or more employed workers, have economic activity in the Community of Madrid and carry out the expenses or activities subject to the subsidy in work centers located within the territory of the Autonomous Community. In the case of self-employed workers, they may be beneficiaries of these subsidies whether or not they are employed by employed persons. Second Object The objective of line 6 is to promote health at work, in order to actively contribute to the improvement of the health and general well-being of working personnel and comply with the vision of the European Network for Health Promotion at Work (ENWHP): "Healthy workers in healthy companies" through actions aimed at the prevention of smoking, healthy eating, physical activity and stress. Third Regulatory Bases Order of May 23, 2023, of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, published in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID of June 5, 2023 (No. 132). Fourth Amount and financing of aid The maximum planned budget for the total eligible expenses defined in the call for line 3 amounts to €200,000.00. The aid will be implemented in the form of subsidies according to the following sections: a) The section of the total accredited expenses, from 1,000.00 to 10,000.00 euros: Subsidy of 100% of them. (Consequently, the range from 0 to 999.99 euros is not eligible). b) The section of the total accredited expenses greater than 10,000.00 euros: Subsidy of 60 percent of them. The following maximum amounts are established: o The total maximum to be granted will be 20,000.00 euros per line. o The maximum amount to be granted, adding the amounts granted in all the lines in which aid is requested, will be 30,000.00 euros per company and call. Advance payment to beneficiaries of the granted subsidy is not permitted. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications It will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid and will end on September 30, 2026. Sixth Eligible Expenses. Eligible expenses will be services and materials related to the execution of programs whose purpose is to promote the health of workers in companies related to: • Information actions on healthy eating. • Offering healthy food in corporate canteens. • Organization of sports activities within the company. • Contribution and collaboration in the costs of physical activities outside the workplace. • Studies of the situation of work absenteeism of the requesting entity, which include recommendations on preventive matters aimed at reducing said absenteeism in work centers located in the Community of Madrid. In particular, within the expense of contribution and collaboration in the costs of physical activities outside the workplace, among others, physiotherapy and osteopathy sessions are considered eligible in jobs with risks for musculoskeletal disorders.
