SOCIAL SERVICES.- CALL FOR AID FOR ADAPTATION OF TAXIS INTENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. YEAR 2026. FIRST.- OBJECT: The purpose of this call is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of aid under a competitive competition regime to holders of transport authorizations of the VT-N series for the adaptation of taxi vehicles for people with reduced mobility (EUROTAXI). SECOND.- BENEFICIARY PERSONS: NATURAL OR LEGAL PERSONS HOLDING CURRENT TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORIZATIONS, documented on VT-N series cards, issued by the General Directorate of Transport of the Department of Development of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha or by competent mobility services, will be able to access the subsidies of this call. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: In matters not provided for in these regulations, the General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for the Granting of Subsidies will apply, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Corporation, in a session dated February 7, 2025, the consolidated text of which has been published in the Official Gazette of the Province number 67 of April 7, 2025, Legislation of the Local Regime and the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and Development Regulation, the provisions established in Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and LRJSP 40/2015 of October 1, are also applicable. Likewise, the provisions of the Ordinance Regulating the Electronic Management of Administrative Procedures in the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real and the provision of electronic services to the City Councils of the province (BOP of June 29, 2015) apply. FOURTH.- EVALUATION CRITERIA: The contents in Base X of the Call itself. FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The deadline for submitting subsidy applications will be FIFTEEN CALENDAR DAYS starting from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
