Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for applications for the help line for projects included in the investment action for the renewal of populations in rural areas. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the L EADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will be applicable in the geographical area of the Sierra de Montánchez and Tamuja region: Albalá, Alcuéscar, Almoharín, Aldea del Cano, Arroyomolinos, Benquerencia, Botija, Casas de Don Antonio, Montánchez, Plasenzuela, Ruanes, Salvatierra de Santiago, Sant a Ana, Santa Marta de Magasca, Sierra de Fuentes, Torre de Santa María, Torremocha, Torreorgaz, Torrequemada, Valdefuentes, Valdemor ales and Zarza de Montánchez The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid Local entities that promote non-productive projects that aim to improve the quality of life of the rural population will be considered beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 Fourth. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 90,000 euros will be allocated, which will be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314A/78000/FR23771900/20230313, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. subsidize up to 100% of the auxiliary investment and with a maximum limit of €30,000 per beneficiary. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be THREE MONTHS counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
