Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //ww w.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the aid line for projects included in the action Investments in the transformation and marketing of agricultural products, which have as a result of the production process a product included in Annex I of the EU Treaty, with the exception of fishery products. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will be applicable in the geographical scope of the Association for the Development of the Campo Arañuelo Region and its surroundings, of Extremadura: Almaraz, Belvís de Monroy, Bohonal de Ibor, Berrocalejo, Casatejada, El Gordo, Majadas de Tiétar, Mesas de Ibor, Millan es de la Mata, Navalmoral de la Mata, Peraleda de la Mata, Pueblonuevo de Miramontes, Rosalejo, Talayuela, Tiétar, Valdecañas, Valde húncar. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the LEADER axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Final recipients of the aid The beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid will be considered those natural and/or legal persons or their groups, who for each of the actions provided for in Decree 78/2024, of July 23, are recognized as such. In the case of companies, only those that meet the requirements established by the Commission to be micro, small and medium-sized companies in accordance with Commission recommendation 2003/361/EC may be beneficiaries. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 100,000 euros will be allocated to be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314A/78000/FR23771900/20230313, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 65% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of €150,000 per project. Projects with a minimum eligible investment of less than 5,000 euros will not be admitted. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura until SEPTEMBER 18, 2026, both inclusive.
