FIRST.- PURPOSE The purpose of these bases is to establish the rules that must govern aid for minimum vital supplies for the year 2026 and the obligations derived from it. SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES Persons who are registered and legally and effectively reside in Coria and meet the requirements established in point five of the Agreement of April 14, 2026, of the Governing Council of the Government of Extremadura, which approves the Municipal Economic Collaboration Program for Minimum Vital Supplies for 2026, may be beneficiaries of this aid. PURPOSE OF AID FOR MINIMUM VITAL SUPPLIES The following will be considered eligible expenses: a) Electricity and natural gas and propane expenses. b) Drinking water expenses, including the service fee, the supply of drinking water and the rates, fees and direct and indirect taxes levied on the above concepts, as well as any other invoiced concept related to the supply, including sewage and garbage. c) Registration and reconnection expenses in case of interruption due to non-payment of the supply of electricity, natural gas, propane gas and drinking water. d) Butane gas. The amount of aid for all concepts may not exceed the following amounts per annuity and cohabitation unit: NUMBER OF MEMBERS AMOUNT OF AID Up to 2 members €950.00 Between 3 and 4 members €1,100.00 5 or more members €1,200.00 FOURTH.- OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARIES These are obligations of the people beneficiaries of aid for minimum vital supplies are the following: Allow and facilitate the actions of the Social Services of Basic Social Care and the staff of the granting body to verify compliance with the requirements to be beneficiaries of this aid, providing whatever information is required. Communicate, within a maximum period of 10 business days from when they occur, changes in economic, coexistence or any other type of circumstances that could lead to the denial of aid. Request in advance any other benefits, subsidies or aid to which the applicant or the remaining members of the cohabitation unit may be entitled. Consent to the transmission of your data to the supplying entities for the processing and payment of the aid, without prejudice to the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the Law. Appear before the Administration and collaborate with it when required by any of the competent bodies in matters of social services. Justify the expenditure for the purpose that motivated the granting of the financial benefit. Refund the amount of the amounts unduly received or not applied to the purpose that motivated its granting. FIFTH.- APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION Applications will be submitted in accordance with ANNEX I, with the necessary documentation that proves the alleged circumstances of possible valuation. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the B.O.P. of Cáceres until December 11 of the current year, unless the amount assigned for this purpose is exhausted before, the Call being closed if the budgetary credit is exhausted before the indicated date. SIXTH.- COMPETENT BODY FOR THE INSTRUCTION AND RESOLUTION OF THE PROCEDURE The instruction of the procedure will be carried out by the Basic Social Care Social Service, subject to the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. SEVENTH.- FINANCING, BUDGET CREDIT AND AMOUNT On April 24, 2026, the Resolution of April 21, 2026, of the Minister, was published, ordering the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura of the Agreement of April 14, 2026, of the Governing Council of the Junta de Extremadura, by which the Program of Municipal Economic Collaboration for Minimum Vital Supplies for 2026.
