BDNS (Identif.): 915540 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Beneficiary entities 1. The national houses of other countries, their federations and confederations, with stable headquarters in the Valencian Community, may benefit from these subsidies, meeting the following requirements: a) Be registered, in advance of the publication of the call in which they want to participate, in the National Registry of Associations (Royal Decree 949/2015) or in the Autonomous Registry of Associations of the Valencian Community (Decree 181/2002 of the Valencian Government), or in those special registers established by current regulations if said regulations provide for mandatory registration in them instead of in any general register. b) Be adapted to Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the right of association, and, within the scope of its application, to Law 14/2008, of November 18, on associations of the Valencian Community. 2. The following will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary entity of these subsidies: a) Entities integrated into a federation or confederation, which have requested a subsidy in the corresponding call for the same project presented by their federation or confederation. b) Entities in which any of the prohibitions apply to obtain the status of beneficiaries provided for in the second and third sections of article 13 of the LGS, or do not comply with any of the requirements determined in this call. c) Entities that are not up to date with compliance with the tax and Social Security obligations provided for in articles 18 and 19 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the LGS Regulations. Second. Object and purpose of the aid 1. Projects of the national houses of other countries in the Valencian Community, its federations and confederations, will be subsidized, whose general objective is the carrying out of their own activities, which entail operating expenses, in particular aimed at the preservation of the cultural roots of the national houses existing in the Valencian Community, through the enhancement and dissemination of their own history, their culture, their folklore and their gastronomy; to the social integration of the population represented by these houses, through guidance and advice in the legal, socio-labor, educational, cultural and Valencian language areas; to the promotion of citizen participation, the internal transparency of the national houses themselves, and their cooperation and networking with other entities of the associative fabric; or investment expenses for the adequate conservation of the real estate assets of the houses themselves or for the acquisition of equipment and inventories necessary for their operation. 2. The specific objectives, which must be defined and developed in the project for which the subsidy is requested, will consist of: If the subsidy for activities that entail the assumption of operating expenses is opted for: a) Promote participatory projects whose objective is the knowledge and maintenance of the cultural roots of the national houses of other countries in the Valencian Community. b) Promote participatory projects that aim to integrate the population from other countries into the culture and language of the Valencian Community. c) Promote mutual knowledge and coexistence of the national houses of other countries with other entities of the associative fabric present in Valencian society. 3. To achieve the aforementioned objectives, the following activities and actions will be subsidized: If you opt for the subsidy of activities that entail the assumption of operating expenses: a) Conferences, conferences, exhibitions or other similar activities to promote knowledge and maintenance of the cultural roots of the country represented by the entity in the Valencian Community. b) Conferences, conferences, exhibitions or other similar activities that contribute to preserving the cultural roots of the country's native population
