Purpose and scope of the call These subsidies are aimed at economic reactivation in the municipalities affected by dana through support for business projects. Second. Financing The maximum global amount of these subsidies amounts to 3,254,376.78 euros, which will be financed from subsidy line S1971 of budget program 322B00, chapter IV, of the Generalitat budget for 2026. Third. Beneficiaries 1. Those who meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidy provided for in this resolution: a) Be an entrepreneurial company that carries out an economic activity. For the purposes of this aid, entrepreneurial companies are considered: - Individuals included in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers or in a social security mutual society. - SMEs, as well as cooperatives and civil societies as long as they are dedicated to an economic activity and have their own legal personality and are considered SMEs. For the purposes of this aid, SMEs are considered to be those that employ fewer than 250 people and whose annual turnover does not exceed 50 million euros or whose general balance does not exceed 43 million euros. b) That they have a work center in one of the municipalities affected by the dana included in Annex II of the Call Resolution. c) That they have undertaken a new economic activity after November 1, 2024 in one of the municipalities in Annex II. 2. Communities of property, civil societies without legal personality, non-profit entities and public companies are excluded. 3. For the purposes of this aid, companies that have undertaken a new economic activity after November 1, 2024 are considered to be those that have registered for the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) after that date. 4. Those in which any of the circumstances of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not obtain the status of beneficiary companies. Room. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications and the supporting account will be from September 15 to September 30, 2026, both days included. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the submission period (official Spanish peninsular time) will be admitted.
