Official description of the call
Beneficiaries A person or group of people over 16 years of age residing in Calquera, municipality of Spain, who demonstrate a proven artistic level in the field of outdoor, accredited wall painting can participate in this calquera competition. Object The objective of this contest turns out to be, to show through graffiti techniques and through the creation of an urban mural, to visualize the characteristics that surround this City from all its aspects. Publication date of the Regulatory Bases. The regulatory bases of the call are published in the BOP of A Coruña number 121, of June 30, 2026. Contía. The amount of two prizes to be awarded will not exceed the Orzamento Xeral da Corporación for each orzamentario exercise, this being €2,000.00. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The registration period of 10 business days will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of A Coruña. Registration will be formalized by submitting the application at the Municipal Registry from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on working days, or at the electronic headquarters (https://opino.sedelectronica.gal/) under the provisions of art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. For these purposes, the registration date to be considered will be the entry in the Registry of the Concello do Pino (Annex I). The following documentation must be submitted along with the registration: Registration form duly covered Copy of the DNI of the person presented on request. Draft of each proposal presented, which will not be able to contain any identifying element of its authorship and will include at least the following points: Sketch of the work. Title and explanatory text about the graphic idea and its motivation. Execution time. List of necessary materials: quantity and type of paints, brushes, protective equipment, stairs, cleaning elements and other tools that are required, unit and total cost of each element and more or overall decoration. Dossier with photographs of previous jobs. If the participant wishes to present a sketch of the work in physical format, it must be received within the established period at the official headquarters of the Municipality of O Pino by certified postal mail or courier. Identity of the jury The jury will be made up of 5 members: two representatives of the Council of O Pino, two professionals from the world of art and an official who will perform the functions of secretary.
