SOCIAL SERVICES. CALL FOR AID FOR DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION PROJECTS. YEAR 2026 FIRST.- PURPOSE: The purpose of this Call is the collaboration of the Hon. Provincial Council with development cooperation projects already started or to be started, allocating aid to finance comprehensive actions that favor the improvement of the living conditions of the population and social justice, with the participation of the beneficiaries. SECOND.- BENEFICIARY ENTITIES: Non-profit entities or organizations that have among their institutional purposes the realization of projects aimed at the development and promotion of solidarity between peoples. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: The aforementioned Call complies in its content with the General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for the granting of subsidies of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Council, in a session held on February 7, 2025, (B.O.P. no. 67 of April 7, 2025), Local Regime Legislation and Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies and Development Regulations, the provisions of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and Law 40/2015 of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, are also applicable. It is also integrated into the 2025 Strategic Subsidy Plan, approved by resolution of the Presidency dated April 30, 2025. FOURTH.- EVALUATION CRITERIA: Those contained in the Call itself. FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The deadline for the submission of applications will be FIFTEEN CALENDAR DAYS, counting from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
