Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities specialized in the development of social and labor insertion itineraries and training to improve personal and labor skills and knowledge of new technologies aimed at unemployed people over 45 years of age will be beneficiaries. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote, on a competitive basis, the granting of subsidies, in favor of non-profit entities, for the development of projects aimed at improving the employability and socio-labor insertion of people over 45 years of age, who meet the requirements established in section 3, through individualized employability itineraries that include personalized monitoring with support and tutoring. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for these subsidies are established by the Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies approved by Agreement of the Plenary of the City Council dated October 30, 2013, published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 278, dated November 22, 2013. Fourth. Amount The total amount allocated to this call is estimated at three million nine hundred thousand euros (€3,900,000), of which one million nine hundred and fifty thousand euros (€1,950,000) will be for the year 2026 and one million nine hundred and fifty thousand euros (€1,950,000) will be for the year 2027, charged to the budget application. 503/140/241.03/489.01 "Transfer to non-profit institutions" of the Budget of the Madrid Employment Agency for the year 2026 and that corresponding to 2027. The subsidy to be granted for each project and annuity is four hundred and eighty-seven thousand five hundred euros (€487,500). Under this call, a total of four multi-year projects will be awarded, following the order of priority established in the evaluation of the applications submitted Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM). Sixth. Other data The evaluation of the applications will be carried out by evaluating the data related to the entity, the project presented and the proposal to improve committed objectives. The maximum score may be 100 points, of which 18 correspond to the section related to the requesting entity, 60 to the project presented and 22 to the improvement of committed objectives.
