Extract from the anticipated call for municipal subsidies to promote employment from the Arteixo City Council for the year 2027. 1.- Regulatory bases. The call is made under the regulatory bases for the granting of municipal subsidies to promote employment of the Arteixo City Council, published in the BOP A Coruña nº 87, of May 9, 2023. 2.- Budget credit. The amount allocated for the year 2027 is €120,000.00 charged to budget application 241.47000, through an advance call for expenditure. 3.- Object. The purpose of these bases is to establish in advance subsidies to promote employment, with the purpose of encouraging and collaborating in economic activity and in the generation of employment within the Arteixo City Council, through the following programs: - Program I – Municipal Aid for the Creation of Businesses. - Program II – Municipal Hiring Aid. 4.- Procedure. The procedure for granting the subsidies provided for in this call will comply with the competitive competition procedure in accordance with the provisions of art. 9. a) and 10 a) of Municipal Ordinance no. 26 of granting municipal subsidies; in the art. 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, consistent with articles 23, 24, 25 and 26 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. 5.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Natural persons with a new business project, whether individual self-employed, collaborative self-employed or self-employed integrated into a civil or commercial company, who, in addition to meeting the requirements established in article 11 of the General Subsidy Law, article 6 of Municipal Ordinance number 26 regulating the granting of municipal subsidies, meet the following requirements may access the status of beneficiary of Program I of municipal aid for the creation of companies (section 2 of the regulatory bases): Develop your business activity in the Arteixo City Council under the following terms: In the case of developing your activity through a permanent establishment, it must be located in the municipality of Arteixo. When, for the exercise of the activity, there is no permanent establishment, the tax domicile of the company/self-employed person must be within the municipality of Arteixo. Be legally unemployed at the time of registration in the R.E.T.A. or similar regime. Be registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers between October 1 of the previous year and September 30 of the year of the call. That they are newly created companies – considering business transfers included in this concept – without admitting cases of companies coming from legal transformation. The beginning of economic activity will be determined by registration in the census of taxpayers and economic activities. That they present a technically, economically and financially viable business project, accredited in the manner established in Annex III. That they did not develop, as self-employed workers in the R.E.T.A. or similar regime; same or similar business activity in the six months immediately preceding the start date of the new activity. Be up to date with your tax obligations with the Arteixo City Council, with the Department of Economy and Finance of the Xunta de Galicia and with the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), as well as up to date with your obligations with Social Security. Commit to maintaining the self-employed activity that generated registration in the Special Regime for self-employed workers subject to the subsidy, for a minimum period of two years, except due to force majeure, otherwise, the beneficiary will be obliged to return the subsidy received to the City Council's Treasury. Have been granted, if necessary, all the relevant licenses for the development of the activity or, failing that, justify that they are being processed. Entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized companies in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies occur, may not have the status of beneficiary.
