Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities, existing or newly created, that meet and document the following requirements may apply for a subsidy: 1. Have their registered office in this city, or that, while outside, carry out their actions for the benefit of it. 2. In the case of having its registered office in the city, being duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and having updated data, or being in the process of registration during the corresponding fiscal year, for which you must contact the Legal Department of the Municipal Center for Social Services. 3. Be duly registered in the Registry of Sports Associations of Castilla-La Mancha. 4. Not be beneficiaries of nominative subsidies implemented through collaboration agreements with the Tomelloso City Council in the same budget year. 5. Beneficiary entities must contribute their own resources to finance the activity or project, at least 20% of its total budget. All entities that: 1. Do not meet the requirements established in the Bases will be excluded from this grant granting procedure. 2. For matters not provided for in this call, the provisions of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, as well as Royal Decree 887/2006 of July 21, which approves the Regulation of the aforementioned Law, and Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, will apply.
