First. Purpose To regulate the procedure for granting the III Luís Rei Segunda Maritime Research and Culture Award. Beneficiaries. Any natural person who presents a work, in Galician, linked to maritime and river heritage and culture and/or its recovery or linked to the History and Culture of O Grove and O Salnés may compete for this award. Third. Regulatory Bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated 06/23/2026 that will be published on the notice board, on the electronic headquarters of the City Council and by the usual means. Quarter. Amount of the prize This Maritime Research and Culture Prize is endowed with 1,500 euros, charged to budget application 334.48102 of the expenditure budget for the year 2026, and financed by Line 2 of the “Plan More Provincia” 2026 of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra. The amount is subject to the corresponding tax withholding for the legally established concepts. Fifth.
