Official description of the call
BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans Likewise, it is available at the web address: http://www.inclusio.gva.es/web/igualdad-diversidad First.- Beneficiary entities. Entities that meet the requirements indicated in article 2 of Order 7/2024, of November 13, 2024, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, of 11/15/2024). Projects that have already been fully financed by this or another administration are not eligible. Second.- Object. Financing programs of general interest regarding diversity, through the projects listed in Annex A of the resolution and those others of general interest proposed by entities aimed at promoting the promotion and development of the value of diversity, equality and non-discrimination. The call is aimed at the inclusion of the Roma people, the fight against discrimination and raising awareness of people with HIV and STIs, and the promotion of ethnic, cultural and religious diversity. Third.- Regulatory Bases. Order 7/2024, of November 13, 2024, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, of 11/15/2024). Fourth.- Budget allocation. The estimated maximum amount to be financed is the following: Line name: Promotion of ethnic, cultural and religious diversity in the Valencian Community. Purpose: To support the actions of entities that promote ethnic and cultural diversity in the Valencian Community, not contemplated in other lines of subsidy. Grant line: S1546 Amount: €400,000.00 Fifth.- Submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days, counting from the day following the publication of the extracts of the resolution in the DOGV. Sixth.- Form of presentation. Exclusively by electronic means: https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=109536 attaching the documents indicated in the call. Seventh.- Assessment criteria. They are established in article 5.a) of Order 7/2024, of November 13, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, of 11/15/2024). Eighth.- Justification. Through the presentation of economic documentation justifying the amount granted and a technical report of the subsidized project.
