In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The call for subsidies for the year 2026 is approved to finance the implementation of projects of the Pasarela Empresa training and employment program. Second. Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries according to the conditions included in the regulatory bases: groups of a promoting entity and one or more member companies, which present a joint application, through an agreement that accredits the corresponding group, which includes the execution commitments assumed by each member entity of the group, as well as, where appropriate, the amount of subsidy to be applied by each of them. In the event that an entity meets the conditions required to be a promoting entity and a member company, it may submit an application individually, in which case the agreement will be replaced by a responsible declaration stating the commitments assumed. Consequently, the amount of the total aid under the de minimis regime that may be granted to a given company will not exceed €300,000 during any three-year period, which will be evaluated continuously with each new grant. Companies subject to Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013 (OJEU no. L352, of December 24, 2013) are excluded from this call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be extended from the day following the publication of the call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es) until October 31, 2026. Sixth. Other data. The processing of applications, as well as access to all information about the procedure, will be carried out through the general electronic access point https://www.juntaex.es/w/0721625?inheritRedirect=true, within the file corresponding to the procedure from where access to the associated electronic headquarters will be enabled to submit the application.
