ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE BOPG Extract from the agreement of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Girona of July 21, 2026, by which subsidies are called for the municipalities for the drafting of the comprehensive intervention memory programs (PMII) to attend the Fons de Recovery Urbana, Environmental i Social de Barris i Viles d'Atenció Especial 2025-2029 convened by the Generalitat of Catalonia, annuity 2026. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. The distribution of the funds allocated in this call will be made among the applications submitted applying the following criteria: a) The subsidies will not exceed the following percentages, calculated on the basis of the budget of eligible expenses: Population section of the municipality Percentage Up to 1,000 inhabitants up to 95% From 1,001 to 2,000 inhabitants up to 90% From 2,001 to 5,000 inhabitants up to 80% From 5,001 to 10,000 inhabitants up to 75% From 10,001 to 20,000 inhabitants up to 70% More than 20,000 inhabitants up to 60% b) The amount that the same city council may receive for this line of subsidies will be a maximum of 15,000.00 euros and a minimum of 3,000.00 euros. This maximum economic limit covers the entire period of validity of the Plan de Barris i Viles de Catalunya 2025-2029. c) In the event that the subsidies to be granted exceed the amount of the credit assigned to the call, the subsidy to be granted to each city council will be multiplied by the percentage resulting from dividing the amount of the credit assigned to the call by the total amount of the subsidies to be granted. Applications that obtain a result lower than the minimum amount of 3,000.00 euros will be excluded, and the amount of credit assigned to the call will be redistributed among the rest of the applications applying the same formula. Fifth. Application submission period Subsidy applications can be submitted from September 1 to 30, 2026, through the subsidy processing platform available on the Diputació de Girona Subsidy Portal (https://seu.ddgi.cat/subvencions), where the documents and the specific application for this line of subsidies can be found.
