FIRST.-OBJECT AND PURPOSE. The purpose of these regulatory bases is to establish specific rules to regulate the granting of financial aid aimed at encouraging participation and completion of the training itinerary, active participation in challenges in companies as well as the successful completion of both programs by the members of the 100Kairós project, which begin during the year 2026 and end no later than November 30 of the same year. To this end, two types of aid are established, A and B, which will be compatible with each other, so each of the participants may request one of them or both, depending on the requirements established in each of the lines. SECOND. BUDGETARY ALLOCATION AND AMOUNT. The amount of aid provided for in these Bases amounts to a total of FORTY THOUSAND EUROS €40,000, charged to budget application 04-2419-48700 “Advanced professional integration system project scholarships”. The total amount is distributed into two differentiated lines of action distributed as follows: INCENTIVE LINE CONCEPT TOTAL AMOUNT Modality A Aid for theoretical training (permanence and completion of the program). €25,000 Modality B Help for practical training (participation in company challenges). €15,000 a) Modality A: The amount will be €250 per beneficiary. b) Modality B: The amount will be €150 per beneficiary. THIRD. BENEFICIARIES: REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS. REQUIREMENTS Persons participating in the 100Kairós project who meet the requirements established below may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this call, provided that they have not been expelled or voluntarily withdrawn from the training and/or practical itinerary. To be beneficiaries, the people participating in the project must successfully complete the program, to do so they must meet the requirements established for each modality: *SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS BY MODALITY Modality A: Aid for theoretical training (permanence and completion): 1. Accredit the minimum required attendance of 70% of the total teaching hours (320 hours) distributed in (256 hours) of the Technical Itinerary and (64 hours) of the Transversal Itinerary. This will be justified by obtaining the corresponding diploma, certificate or document accrediting the training received. 2. Have completed, delivered and passed all training modules with a positive evaluation. This will be justified by obtaining the corresponding certificate or document accrediting the positive evaluation of all training modules. Modality B: Help with practical training (participation in company challenges and completion) 1. Meet the requirements of modality A. This will be justified by obtaining the corresponding diploma, certificate or document accrediting the training received and the positive evaluation of all training modules. 2. Actively participate in work sessions with the assigned SME. Which will be justified by obtaining the corresponding diploma, certificate or document accrediting the participation carried out in the assigned SME. 3. Obtain positive evaluation of the Challenge.
