1.- PURPOSE AND RECIPIENT ENTITIES OF THE CALL. EXCLUSIONS The purpose of these Bases is to establish the specific rules, within the framework of the General Subsidies Ordinance of this Provincial Council, to regulate access to public subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, of legally constituted local hunting societies, with headquarters in a municipality, minor local entity or population entity of the province of Cáceres, holders of a social hunting reserve located in the provincial territorial area, for the execution of actions to promote, recover and improve the populations of species hunting of small game and the habitats that serve as shelter, food and reproduction. RECIPIENT ENTITIES Local hunting societies that own a social hunting reserve in the province of Cáceres. Eligible actions, for the purposes of this call, are understood to be those for the recovery and improvement of habitats of small game game species and those for the recovery of the wild rabbit, in the terms and technical conditions established in the Regulatory Bases and in their Annex I. Each local hunting society can only submit a single application, referring to a single project and a single social reserve of which it is the owner. EXCLUSIONS The following are expressly excluded: Entities that own private, commercial or commercial reserves intended primarily for commercial hunting exploitation; those that do not sufficiently prove the ownership of the social property; those whose hunting activities were suspended on the date of application; and those that have been sanctioned for serious or very serious infractions in hunting or environmental matters during the two years prior to the publication of the call. 2.- BUDGET ALLOCATION This Call for Subsidies is included in the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres for the year 2026, in the budget application 2026 03 1720 78100, endowed with a total amount of €300,000.00. The maximum amount of subsidy per beneficiary entity and project will be 8,000.00 euros, which may reach up to 100% of the total eligible cost of the actions. 3.- REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANTS Local hunting societies that meet the following requirements may apply for these aids: - Be legally constituted and registered as a local hunting society in the corresponding registry. - Be owners of a social hunting reserve located in the province of Cáceres, duly registered and authorized. - Have a current technical hunting plan or hunting planning instrument, when required. - Not having the hunting uses of the reserve suspended on the date of application. - That they are not subject to any prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies contemplated in article 13 of the LGS. - Be up to date in compliance with obligations with Social Security and tax obligations with the State Treasury and with the Excma. Provincial Council of Cáceres. - Comply with the de minimis aid regime established in Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, of December 13, 2023. 4.- APPLICATIONS This Call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres: https://sede.dip-caceres.es. Electronic processing will be mandatory in all phases of the procedure, and any application that is entered by any other means will not be accepted. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS Applications must be submitted by the interested entities within a period of ONE MONTH, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres, those submitted after the deadline not being admitted. 5.- DOCUMENTS Applications must be accompanied, on a mandatory basis, among other documentation, by: - Accreditation of the legal personality of the entity and of the ownership and registration of the social property. - Current technical hunting plan or hunting planning instrument. - Investment project and detailed explanation of the requested actions (Annexes IV and V). - Plan and graphic and photographic documentation of the initial state of the action area. - Detailed budget or proforma invoices for the requested actions. - Responsible declarations and commitment to obtain
