Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/696114). Beneficiaries Private subsidized educational centers and centers owned by the local corporations of the Valencian Community, with students enrolled in the educational levels of Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, basic grade training cycles, Special Education or Baccalaureate that participate in this program, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies for the management of the Program for the replacement and renewal of textbooks and curricular material, provided that the aforementioned centers request it and meet the requirements set forth in the Second basic order. Purpose To call, for the 2023-2024 school year, subsidies for private subsidized centers and centers owned by local corporations in the Valencian Community for the replacement and renewal of textbooks and curricular material. Third. Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases of these subsidies are provided for in Order 26/2016, of June 13, 2016, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which regulates the program of reuse, replacement and renewal of textbooks and curricular material, through the creation and implementation of banks of textbooks and curricular material in the public and private centers of the Valencian Community, and determine the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for private subsidized educational centers and educational centers owned by local corporations (DOCV 7806 of June 15, 2016), partially modified by Order 9/2023, of March 28, of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports (DOGV 9566, of March 31, 2023). Room. Financing 1. The maximum global amount that may be allocated for these subsidies for this call will be 18,088,000.00 euros, distributed among the following programs and subsidy lines: - 8,187,000.00 euros, under subsidy line S8207, chapter IV, of the section, service, management center and program 09.02.01.422.20 Primary Education, provided for in the current Budget Law of the Generalitat. - 9,901,000.00 euros, under subsidy line S8208, chapter IV, of the section, service, management center and program 09.02.01.422.30 Secondary Education, provided for in the current Budget Law of the Generalitat. 2. The aforementioned amounts may be increased as a result of a generation, an extension or an incorporation of credit that will not require a new call, in accordance with the provisions of article 58, section 2, letter a), of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies. 3. These grants are organized with the collaboration of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training through the Textbook and Teaching Material Financing Program. Fifth. Form, deadline for submitting applications and documentation 1. The submission of applications will be carried out exclusively electronically. The applicant will have to have an advanced electronic signature through any of the systems accepted at the headquarters of the Generalitat and indicated at https://sede.gva.es/va/sede_certificados. 2. The application will be filled out and signed through the Virtual Office for Educational Centers https://ovice.gva.es/, section of ¿Agreed centers and centers of local corporations¿, subsection ¿Book bank¿. The application model will be available to people interested in the aforementioned application, accessible both directly and through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat https://sede.gva.es in the Services, administrative procedures, Electronic headquarters section, and through the website of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports http://ceice.gva.es/es/web/centros-docentes/ayudas/subvenciones/libros-de-texto. 3. On the website of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, interested persons will have the necessary instructions for compliance.
