Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Local athletes and teams who are in the situation that legitimizes its granting and who meet the requirements indicated in the regulatory bases and in the call may be beneficiaries of the aid. It will be an essential condition to be a beneficiary of aid that the athlete or team belongs to a local Sports Club with a current collaboration agreement with the Paterna City Council or with the Valencian Community Foundation for the promotion of local sports in Paterna. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to collaborate in the costs of travel and/or accommodation for official competitions of athletes and local teams, in accordance with what is indicated in the 4th base of the call. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for the aid intended for travel and accommodation of athletes and teams of local sports entities have been approved by the Agreement of the Paterna City Council Plenary dated April 26, 2023 published in the BOP Valencia No. 89 dated 05/10/2023, and will be published on the website www.esport.paterna.es, as well as on the notice board of the aforementioned Foundation. Room. Amount: The maximum amount assigned to this aid will be €4,203.66 (four thousand two hundred three and sixty-six euros). The criteria for calculating the maximum amount to be subsidized for the concepts covered by this call will be as follows: a) For national competitions: Travel: 1 single aid in the amount of €50/person. Accommodation: 1 single aid whose amount will result from multiplying €25 by the number of athletes/technicians and by the number of nights. b) For international competitions: Travel: 1 single aid in the amount of €100/person. Accommodation: 1 single aid whose amount will result from multiplying €50 by the number of athletes/technicians and by the number of nights. In general, the necessary assistance from technicians responsible for athletes will be considered eligible for subsidy under the following conditions: Up to four participating athletes: 1 eligible technician. Five or more participating athletes: 2 eligible technicians. A limit of one annual collaboration per sporting entity for national travel and one annual collaboration per sporting entity for international travel is established, regardless of whether it is processed for individual or team disciplines. If the sum of the maximum eligible amounts of the set of applications exceeds the budget credit, the amount of aid will be reduced by the same percentage in all cases until said sum is equal to the budget credit. Fifth. Application submission period: The application period will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the BOP and will remain open until August 31, 2023. Sixth. Other information: Payment of 100% of the aid will be paid once the expense incurred has been justified. The justification will consist of a responsible declaration regarding the receipt of other subsidies, invoices accrediting the expense incurred, accreditation of the payment of said invoices and accreditation of the advertising carried out.
