BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries of this aid, for the 2023-2024 school year, as long as they comply with the provisions of the Order of Bases and in this call: a) Students from 0 to 3 years old enrolled in centers and from 0 to 2 years old enrolled in EIM, of the Valencian Community. b) The EIMs of the Valencian Community, both directly and indirectly managed, for the schooling of students from 2 to 3 years old. Second. Purpose To call, for the 2023-2024 school year, financial aid for schooling in authorized Early Childhood Education centers and municipal first cycle nursery schools, of the Valencian Community, regulated in Order 19/2018, of May 16, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases for financial aid for schooling in the authorized Early Childhood Education centers and municipal first cycle nursery schools of the Valencian Community, modified by Order 27/2022, of May 4, of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Third. Regulatory Bases Order 19/2018, of May 16, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases of financial aid intended for schooling in authorized Early Childhood Education centers and municipal first cycle nursery schools of the Valencian Community (DOGV 8298 of May 18, 2018). Order 27/2022, of May 4, of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, which partially modifies Order 19/2018, of May 16, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases for financial aid for schooling in authorized Early Childhood Education centers and municipal first-cycle nursery schools in the Valencian Community (DOGV 9334 of May 9, 2022). Room. Amount 1. The maximum global amount that may be allocated for this aid for this call will be 87,500,000.00 euros, distributed in the following annuities: - Fiscal year 2023: the part corresponding to the first four months of the 2023-2024 school year (September to December 2023) for a maximum global amount of 35,000,000.00 euros. The payment will be made from the subsidy line S5598000, chapter IV, of the section, service, management center and program 09.02.01.422.20 Primary Education, provided for in the current Budget Law of the Generalitat. - Fiscal year 2024: the part corresponding to the following six months of the 2023-2024 school year (January to June 2024), for a maximum amount of 52,500,000.00 euros, which will be conditional on the existence of sufficient and adequate budget credit in the corresponding Budget Law of the Generalitat for the fiscal year 2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, public finances, the instrumental public sector and subsidies. 2. The aforementioned amount may be increased as a result of a generation, expansion or incorporation of credit that will not require a new call, in accordance with the provisions of article 11 of Decree 77/2019, of June 7, of the Consell, regulating the budget management procedure of the Generalitat. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications for students aged 0 to 3 years enrolled in centers and 0 to 2 years enrolled in EIM. The deadline for submitting applications will be 25 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Failure to comply with the deadline for submitting applications will determine exclusion from the call. Exceptionally, these deadlines will not apply in the cases of students who are sons or daughters of victims of gender violence who require special protection, of women at risk of social exclusion, of students in family or residential care, and of displaced students receiving foster care.
