Official description of the call
First. -Beneficiaries.- The natural or legal persons who implement activities with the destination and conditions indicated in the Specific Criteria that regulate the call. Second.- Object and purpose.- The following activities are eligible for aid: restaurants, tapas bars, local businesses, retail trade, craft stores, multi-service stores, professional offices, headquarters of associations and public entities and businesses related to tourism. They must meet the conditions of new creation, expansion or transfer, location in the Historic Center of Ejea de los Caballeros and opening to the public. Manufacturing workshops (except those that are integrated into craft stores), private gastronomic societies and clubs, pubs, disco bars, cocktail bars and discotheques are excluded. Third.- Regulatory bases. – General Subsidies Ordinance of the Ejea de los Caballeros City Council (Full text published in B.O.P. no. 209, of September 10, 2020) and specific criteria approved by Mayoral Decree of April 26, 2023. Fourth.- Amount.- The budgetary credit allocated to this call is €9,000 euros, charged to the application budget 439.00.789.00 and with retention number 12023000007848 of the municipal budget for the year 2023. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications.- The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Aragon (provincial section) and will end on September 4, 2023.
