Official description of the call
BDNS (identif.): 704287 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the order and call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Object. The purpose of the aid provided for in the Annex to this Resolution is the granting of subsidies aimed at actions related to the digitalization of the urban water cycle in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the Valencian Community. Second. Beneficiaries. City Councils of less than 20,000 inhabitants of the Valencian Community may acquire the status of beneficiary entity of the subsidies, as well as the entities competent in matters of supply and sanitation in each territorial area (less than 20,000 inhabitants), provincial councils, public law corporations, consortia, associations, public companies or concessionaires, Inheritances and Water Communities, constituted under the applicable regulations and of the User Communities provided for in the state water legislation, or other similar organizations of the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases. Resolution of 2023 of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, which establishes the regulatory bases and calls for aid for the digitalization of the urban water cycle in municipalities of less than 20,000 inhabitants of the Valencian Community (PRTR). Room. Endowment. The amount allocated to the subsidies is €3,833,400.00 and the maximum amount of the subsidy for each project will be €350,000.00. Fifth. Financing. This subsidy is financed with Next Generation EU Funds, from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM) intended for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. It is included in budget item 12.99.99.442.99, Chapter VII (Digital transition in the water sector (surveillance and control of the digital environment), subsidy line S9216000, of Law 9/2022, of December 30, on the budget of the Generalitat for the year 2023. The part not executed in the budget year 2023 will be incorporated as remaining in the following budgetary years until the complete execution of the program. A reserve list will be established for the applications that have been evaluated in compliance with the administrative and technical conditions established in the regulatory bases to acquire the status of beneficiaries, but that have not been estimated due to having exceeded the maximum amount of the credit established in the call, or in this case, if the subsidy is waived by any of the beneficiary entities within the period of 1 month following the notification of the granting resolution, or If there is a budgetary expansion of the program, the granting body will agree, without the need for a new call, to grant the subsidy to the following applicant entities in order of their score, as long as with the resignation of any of the beneficiaries, sufficient credit has been released to meet at least one of the denied applications. Sixth application deadline, form of presentation and documentation that must be accompanied. call, will be two months from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
