Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities and associations linked to the province of Jaén and whose purposes include the promotion and/or encouragement of the art of flamenco. Second.-Object. Regulate the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to finance the implementation of activities, programs and projects aimed at promoting flamenco in the province of Jaén. Eligible activities are considered those that are aimed at achieving some of the following objectives: Promotion of flamenco in any form of expression; Sing, Play and Dance. ¿ Promote the initiative of new flamenco artists. ¿ Promote the associative fabric related to flamenco. ¿Make women visible in flamenco. ¿ Promote access to flamenco in rural areas. Third.-Regulatory bases. Call for Subsidies from the Culture and Sports Area of the Provincial Council of Jaén for the promotion of flamenco, in favor of non-profit entities and associations, fiscal year 2023 (Resolution of the Deputy Delegate of the Culture and Sports Area, P.D. Total amount: 25,000 euros. Maximum amount per beneficiary: 3,000.00 euros, the maximum amount to be awarded per applicant being 70% of the budgeted amount of the activity to be carried out. Fifth.-Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be until September 15, 2023 and from the day following the date of publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.-Other data of interest. Activities execution period: From January 1 to December 31, 2023. Exclusions: The actions contemplated in article 8 of the call are excluded from the call. Eligible expenses: Those provided for in article 20 of the call. Compatibility: Yes. Documentation: That provided for in article 9 of the call. Assessment criteria: They are contained in article 14 of the call. Payment method: The subsidy will be made effective in a single payment, after justification, by the beneficiary, of the performance of the activity, program or project for which the subsidy was granted, in the terms established in article 35.28 of the B.E.P. Form of justification and maximum period of justification: It will be necessary to present the documentation indicated in article 22 of the call within a period of 3 months counting from the day following the end of the execution period, as established in article 23 of the call.
