Aid to companies and public and private entities in the Region of Murcia, aimed at financing training work practices for young people from European Regions participating in the Eurodyssey program for 2023, co-financed by ESF+

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries and requirements. 1.- Companies and public and private entities in the Region of Murcia that provide a training work placement to young people from European regions participating in the Eurodisea exchange program may participate in the program and be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Order. 2.- Companies and entities that wish to participate in the program must meet the following requirements: a) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry, where applicable, prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution for granting the subsidy. b) Have a work center located in the Region of Murcia in which young foreigners will carry out their training work placement, with sufficient organizational structure and means to fulfill the purpose of the subsidy. c) The applicant entity will not receive any other aid or subsidy of a public or private nature in relation to the jobs offered. d) Be up to date with your tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, and your financial obligations with Social Security, as well as not have tax debts in the executive payment period with the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community, unless the debts are suspended or guaranteed, or for reimbursement of subsidies. e) Not be subject to the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second.- Object and purpose. 1. The purpose of this order is to call for the granting of financial aid to companies and public and private entities in the Region of Murcia, under a competitive competition regime, to finance training work practices for young people, whose age ranges between 18 and 30 years, from European regions adhering to the Eurodyssey program in the year 2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Order of July 4, 2023 of the Ministry of the Presidency, Tourism, Culture, Youth, Sports and Spokesperson, which approves the regulatory bases for this aid. 2. The Eurodyssey programme, created by the Assembly of European Regions (ARE), and presided over by a principle of interregional reciprocity, aims to allow young Europeans of any origin and background to benefit from the support of the regions to achieve a training stay in a European region, through professional internships and language training. Third.- Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases by which these aids are governed have been established by Order of July 4, 2023, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Tourism, Culture, Youth, Sports and Spokesperson (BORM No. 154, of July 6). Fourth.- Amount of aid and minimum amount to be received by the person who is going to carry out the internship. 1. The total amount of aid to beneficiary entities and companies amounts to ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND EUROS (€110,000.00). This aid is 60% co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and 40% by assigned own funds and will be granted from the credits provided for in the following budget items of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the financial year 2023: Item 19.02.00.323A.47440, expenditure project 50652, for a total amount of eligible expenditure of forty thousand euros (€40,000.00), of which 60% is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF+). (Private companies) Item 19.02.00.323A.48440, expenditure project 50650, for a total amount of eligible expenditure of forty thousand five hundred euros (€40,000.00) of which 60% is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF+). (Non-profit associations). Item 19.02.00.323A.46440, expenditure project 50651, for a total eligible expenditure amount of thirty thousand euros (€30,000.00), of which 60% is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF+). (Public entities). 2. In accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the Bases Order, the amount of aid granted for each offer of training work placement will be established based on the months of duration of the placement, so it will be €2,520.00 for two months or €6,300.00 for five months. These amounts must be used in their entirety to cover the costs
