Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Non-profit musical associations or entities, registered in the Registry of Associations of the Alcañiz City Council, that carry out programs and/or activities in the musical field considered as belonging to 'Music Bands', during the period between November 16, 2022 and November 30, 2023, and that are eligible for subsidies may be beneficiaries of these subsidies according to this call and the municipal subsidy ordinance. Second.- Object. The purpose of the call is to collaborate financially with the musical associations or entities of Alcañiz, which, without profit, develop training actions and activities considered as belonging to 'Music Bands' Third.- Regulatory bases. The granting of these subsidies will be processed on a competitive basis, in accordance with article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS). This call will be publicized in the Official Gazette of the Province and in the National Subsidies Database, in accordance with the provisions of articles 9.3 and 20.8 of the aforementioned Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, as well as on the municipal website www.alcaniz.es. Fourth.- Amount. The budgetary credit allocated to this call is twenty thousand euros (€20,000), charged to budgetary application 334/48907 of the municipal budget for the year 2023, being conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in said year. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 75% of the total protected budget of the activity that is the object of the subsidy and in no case will it exceed 15,000 euros. Fifth.- Deadline and place of presentation. The period will be twenty days from the day following the publication of this call in the B.O.P. of TE. Subsidy applications must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the Alcañiz City Council (www.sede.alcaniz.es) in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure. The forms to be filled out can be downloaded on the City Council website (www.alcaniz.es).
