Official description of the call

EXTRACT from Decree no. 2026-2577, dated July 8, 2026, of the Presidency, which approves the “Call for the granting of subsidies for the financing of current expenses for social economy entities in the province of Teruel in the year 2026”. First.- Object. The subsidies of this program are intended to activate and promote the social economy in our province, understanding the social economy as a key element for territorial development, which reinforces social cohesion, which generates economic growth and represents stable and quality employment, especially for groups with greater difficulty in finding work and which can facilitate the population to establish their residence in the municipalities of the province of Teruel, through the coverage of current expenses. Second.- Execution period.-The execution period of the projects/activities object of this call will cover from October 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. Third.- Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this call will be the entities that are part of the social economy of Aragon and are regulated in article 5 of Law 7/2022, of December 1, on the Social Economy of Aragon: a) Cooperative societies. b) Mutual societies. c) Foundations and associations that carry out economic activity. d) Labor companies. e) Insertion companies. f) Special employment centers. g) Agrarian transformation companies. h) Technological platforms created by self-employed workers, cooperatives, associations and social economy entities in Aragon that develop an economic, business and social activity, and are governed by the values and guiding principles of the aforementioned Law. Those entities that have a nominative agreement/subsidy for the same purposes with this Provincial Council will be excluded from this call. Fourth.- Requirements of the beneficiaries.-The beneficiary entities of this call must meet the following requirements: 1. Develop their business and economic activity in the province of Teruel. 2. Have the work center in which the subsidized activity is carried out in a location in the province. 3. Have registered office in the province of Teruel. 4. Be registered in the corresponding Aragonese registry, in accordance with the provisions of art. 2 of Law 7/2022, of December 1, on the Social Economy of Aragon. 5. Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, as well as the absence of any debt pending payment with the Provincial Treasury. Fifth.- Presentation of applications and documentation.-Applications will be submitted exclusively through the Electronic Headquarters of the Provincial Council of Teruel. The request will contain the following documentation: A) Instance from the legal representative of the Entity, addressed to the Ilmo. Mr. President of the Provincial Council of Teruel, adjusted to the model published in this call. B) If the beneficiary is a legal entity, they must attach a copy of the deed or incorporation document, the statutes or founding act containing the rules by which the activity is regulated, duly registered, where appropriate in the corresponding Public Registry, depending on the type of legal entity in question, NIF, as well as accreditation of the power of representation and the IBAN. If the aforementioned documentation is already in the possession of the Provincial Council of Teruel, they may indicate it in the application. (Annex A), being exempt from presentation. C) Detailed report, signed by the person holding legal representation, indicating the actions to be carried out, describing the objectives and fulfillment of the purpose intended with the subsidy, in accordance with the planned budget. D) Total budget of the project, differentiating the amount of the subsidy requested from the Provincial Council of Teruel, the amount obtained through other subsidies and the financing of the requesting entity itself, if applicable. E) Proof of being up to date with tax obligations, Social Security and obligations with the Provincial Treasury derived from any public law income. The presentation of the subsidy application will entail the authorization of the applicant so that the granting body obtains
