Official description of the call
First. Non-profit legal entities, whose social purposes are stated in their statutes, who carry out social work and who are registered in the Municipal Registry of associations and groups of the Jumilla City Council, http://www.jumilla.org/ayuntamiento/asociacionesjumilla.asp, may qualify as beneficiaries of this subsidy. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote activities aimed at various sectors of the population: Family and minors. Older people. People with disabilities. Immigrant population. People at risk of social exclusion. Women. Any other sector of the population that falls within the scope of powers of the Department of Social Policy, Cooperation and Public Health. The following activities related to the integration of any or all of the above groups may be subject to subsidy, among others: Promotion of social participation and integration of the group to which it is directed. Health promotion and improvement of the quality of life of certain groups with social and health problems. Promotion of mutual aid between members of the applicant association and with other associations. Leisure activities and promotion of coexistence. Promotion of volunteering. Training, cultural, recreational, artistic actions, etc. Interventions in crisis situations. Support for the reconciliation of family life. Training in new technologies. Prevention against child abuse Accompaniment. The projects or intervention activities for which the subsidy is requested must be developed exclusively in the municipality of Jumilla. For this call l Third. Regulatory bases. This call will be regulated by the specific Bases for granting subsidies to associations, groups and private non-profit entities with social and socio-health purposes approved by this City Council and published in BORM No. 160, of July 13, 2017, modified in BORM No. 192, of August 20, 2020 and on the City Council website. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be on a competitive basis, through the ranking/comparison of the applications presented, in order to establish a priority between them, in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in this call. Room. Subsidy lines according to the purposes of the association and characteristics of the projects and amounts. In the specific bases, two lines of subsidies are established: LINE- A- For those associations whose purpose is to contribute to projects aimed at the promotion and revitalization of the applicant association, with the associated persons being beneficiaries. LINE B- For those in which the association acts as an auxiliary and collaborator of the Public Administrations, whose purpose is to contribute to projects aimed at improving the quality of life of certain groups with social and health problems. For this call, the maximum limit to be granted per subsidy will be €2,000 for line A and €7,000 for line B. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days from the publication of the call in the BORM, with the first day for submission being the following day of publication. Sixth. Other data. The application must be accompanied by an explanatory report of the activities to be carried out for which the subsidy is requested and the remaining documentation indicated in the bases of the call. Execution period: From January 1 to December 31, 2023. Payment: It will be made in advance, after the concession agreement, without the need to provide guarantees.
