Official description of the call

First. – Object. Call, for the year 2023, aid for the improvement of production structures and modernization of agricultural holdings co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), within the Framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027, including the following interventions contained in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 (PEPAC): Intervention 6841.1 "Aid for productive investments in agricultural holdings linked to contributing to the mitigation-adaptation to climate change, efficient use of natural resources and animal welfare." Intervention 6841.2 "Aid for investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings." Intervention 6961.1 “Establishment of young farmers”. Second.– Beneficiaries. Those who meet the requirements detailed in articles 5, 6 and 14 of the basic order may be beneficiaries of this aid. Third.– Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies are included in Order AGR/1158/2023, of October 2 (Official Gazette of Castilla y León No. 193/2023, of October 6) Fourth.– Amount. 1. The financing of the aid called by this order will be carried out by the EAFRD, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Community of Castilla y León, in the percentages established in the PEPAC. 2. The expenses derived from these concessions will be charged to the budget structure 03.03.G/412A01/77004/0, within the maximum limit established by Agreement of June 1, 2023 of the Junta de Castilla y León for this aid. The amount foreseen in this call is one hundred and twenty million euros (€120,000,000.00). Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. From the day following the publication of the extract of the call until December 29, 2023.
