Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First: Definition and beneficiaries. Aid aimed at providing an immediate residential solution to people in situations of extreme economic and social gravity, people who are victims of gender violence, people who have suffered eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people in Sollana. Second: Object. The amounts received for this concept may be used to pay the rent or occupancy price of suitable housing, for any expense derived from the lease, right of use or any temporary occupation regime of the property necessary to make it available to the named vulnerable groups. Third: Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for the granting of financial aid aimed at facilitating an immediate residential solution to people in situations of extreme economic and social gravity approved by Mayor's Resolution no. 602, of October 17, 2023, will be published in the National Subsidies Database, on the Notice Board of the electronic headquarters of the Sollana City Council and on the website (www.sollana.es). Fourth: Amount. The amount of aid that will be granted by the City Council will be determined in accordance with the application of the corresponding socioeconomic scale, taking into account the personal circumstances of the beneficiary and in accordance with the report that, for these purposes, is issued by the social services, within the limits indicated in the bases. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for this aid will be 10 calendar days from the publication of the extract of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP).
