BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/es/index.es) and in this BOJA. First. Object and scope of application The purpose of this resolution is to call for public aid for the execution, in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, of a program to issue digital connectivity bonds for economically vulnerable groups, contemplated in Royal Decree 989/2021, of November 16, which approves the direct granting to the autonomous communities and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla of aid for the execution of the program to issue digital bonds for groups. vulnerable, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Second. Beneficiaries Persons registered in Andalusia who, on the date of the aid application, are holders of the economic benefit of the Minimum Insertion Income (RMISA), of the Minimum Living Income, or of a Non-Contributory Pension in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Third. Eligible expense For the purposes of this call, an eligible expense will be the amount of the bill for broadband access in a fixed location that provides download speeds of at least 30 Mbps per second in peak hour conditions. The vouchers may also be used to improve current contracting of connections of less than 30 Mbps downstream to broadband services that provide download speeds of at least 30 Mbps in peak hour conditions. Each digital voucher will have a maximum amount of 240 euros to be distributed over 12 monthly payments in such a way that a maximum monthly reduction of 20 euros will be applied to the final amount of the invoice, VAT not included, issued by the corresponding collaborating operator. Applications and application submission period The application submission period will begin the day after the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, said period remaining open continuously for one month or until the available credit is exhausted, if this occurs earlier. Any application submitted outside the established deadline will not be accepted for processing. Applications will be submitted by the collaborating operators of the digital voucher program on behalf of the interested parties. Said presentation will be made exclusively electronically, and it will be necessary to accompany the form for granting representation included in Annex II of this call. The operator-collaborators are also authorized to receive communications and notifications on behalf of the requesting persons. Applications will be formulated in the form included in Annex I of this call, which is mandatory, and is available to interested parties at the following link of the Catalog of Procedures and Services of the General Electronic Headquarters of the Administration of the Government of Andalusia: https://juntadeandalucia.es/servicios/sede/tramites/procedimientos/detalle/25329.html The documentation required in the procedure can be attached to the application, but the Interested parties have the right not to provide documents that are already in the possession of the acting Administration or have been prepared by any other Administration. All of this in accordance with the provisions of 28 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
