Official description of the call
Extract from the agreement adopted by the Urgent Extraordinary Local Government Board of the Pinto City Council dated November 9, 2023, which calls for subsidies for activity projects of associations of mothers and fathers of students (AMPAS) of educational centers supported by public funds, public nursery schools and municipal music schools for the 2023-2024 school year. In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (htpp://pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): FIRST.- Approve the call for subsidies for the year 2023 of the Pinto City Council for the Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students of centers supported by public funds, to promote the development of the programs, projects and activities that are provided in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2022-2024, and the ranking of criteria for scoring the subsidy applications of the aforementioned Social Entities. SECOND.- Approve the establishment of the budget credit of €40,000, respecting the limitations of the principle of budget stability, corresponding to item E01. 320. 48019 (Municipal Program to Support Schooling), from the Pinto budget for 2023, allocating to the Call for subsidies directed to the Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students of Pinto educational centers supported with public funds. THIRD.- Establish a deadline for the presentation of applications and necessary documentation for the subsidy of programs, projects and activities of 5 business days starting from the day following the publication of the call in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID (BOCM), sent by the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). FOURTH.- Approve the public presentation of the Call for subsidies for 2023, and its grading criteria, aimed at Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students of Pinto educational centers, supported with public funds, publishing an announcement on the bulletin board and website of the Pinto City Council, publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID, sent by the BDNS and opening a deadline 5 business days from the day after publication in BOCM.
